How do I request a price quote?After completing your mock up, click the “Save†button. Your screen will refresh and in the lower right corner of your screen click on the “request†button underneath Quote. You will be contacted by one of our Account Managers with a price quote for your custom logo design.
What happens if my logo does not work or upload when I am trying to create a mock up?
Unfortunately, not all files are compatible on Design!t Flash. We recommend that the mock up process is completed with as much information as possible. Request a quote and our team will be happy to help you with a price quote as well as mock up.
I can’t find on old mock up I did a few weeks ago, where can I find it? Is it saved on the website?
Yes it is. After you login to Design!t Flash, click on the Design Manager and search the drop down window for your previous designs. We recommend that each time you create a mock up that you give each design a unique name so it is easier to identify which mock up you are searching for.
If I want a custom color housing, how do I request a specific pantone color?
After receiving your custom color mock up, our Account Managers will work with you to make sure you get the correct custom color housing. We recommend that the mock up process is completed with as much information as possible. Request a quote and our team will be happy to help you with a price quote as well as mock up with your desired pantone color.
Is there a price difference between laser etch and pad print?
Nine times out of ten there this not a price difference between the two printing methods. The only occasion where there might be price difference is if the logo being used has 4 colors.
Can I put a logo on the lanyard that I am requesting with my custom logo USB flash drive?
We have the ability to print most logo’s on our lanyards. There is slight increase in pricing to customize lanyards. Our Account Managers will work with you to provide mock ups and exact pricing.
What is the cost to preload some of my marketing materials to my custom logo USB?
The first 100MB preloaded is .25 and it goes up from there. Your Account Manager will provide exact pricing based off of the size of file/files that are required for the preload.
What is the standard lead time to receive my order?
Standard lead time is 12-15 days.
If I have ordered from Design!t Flash before with the same logo, do you still need a signed NCNR and artwork approval?If you are ordering the same part then no. If anything is different (capacity, color, etc) then a new part will be setup and we need a new NCNR and artwork approval.
