Data Protection
If you are looking to protect the information that's loaded onto your flash memory product, we offer a variety of solutions to meet the needs of your specific application.
CD Drive Functionality
When the end user inserts the flash drive into the USB port, two separate drive icons will appear. One is for the "read-only" CD-ROM partition and the other is for the standard removable drive. The end user will have the ability to save any additional files onto the removable drive partition, while the "read-only" section will protect the data that is preloaded onto the flash drive from being deleted or changed. In order for this feature to work, the user must have two consecutive drive letters available to read both of the partitions.
